Chris Searl is a retired hipster. However, he still produces art that touches the souls of thousands of hipsters not just at home in Australia, but all over the world.

As a photographer Chris has completed national and international campaigns for Corona, Levis, Sony Music, Bonds, Stussy, Myer, Insight, Modular Records and a number of magazine titles, including Vice, Intersection, Harpers, Grazia, Oyster and Nylon. As a director Chris has completed full production on a cinema commercial for the General Pants Clothing Group, directed and shot a series of 3 commercials for Nike, station idents for World Movies/SBS and an aria commercial for Triple J. Known as Hollywood to his friends, he’s a founding partner and currently works as both co-Editor and Photographer of the arts/design title Monster Children.

When he’s not shooting portraits, fashion or general lifestyle reportage images he’s chasing around his two kids on Sydney’s Northern Beaches.
