Henry Hargreaves
Earlier this year I was doing research for a food art feature, as in art where the medium of choice can be eaten. Unfortunately the artist that I’m going to introduce you to right now didn’t come up then with the Google search “food art” (unlike multiple images of oranges with cheese and ham on toothpicks stuck in their peel) Anyway, since the feature will be published soon and because everyone gets excited by a dick-shaped popsicle, here is Mr. Hargreaves for you.
Henry Hargreaves‘ introduction to the photography industry began in front of the camera as he was the pin-up boy for such revered fashion houses as Prada, YSL, Jil Sander and others and worked with the top photographers in the game. Four years ago, Hargreaves settled in New York and began work out of his studio in Williamsburg, Brooklyn shooting fashion and still life for clients such as Ralph Lauren, NY Magazine, GQ, NYLON, Boucheron, Marie Claire and others.
Below you see images from the projects Rainbow Food, Dick On A Stick and 100mph!!! The Bacon Alphabet was way too gross to show, sorry, Henry.
